Sequoia Construction Services, LLC (SCS) was founded in 2010 offering full service general contracting & construction management services. SCS specializes in exterior envelope reconstruction to support Multi Family Dwellings & Homeowner Associations. During this time, SCS has also grown into completing Tenant Improvement on the commercial side of construction in managing trades & providing construction services. SCS to considers a wide range of job types related to real estate improvement & renovations due to the partnership with Sequoia Equities. These relationships enable SCS to  deliver best pricing to clients, without sacrificing the quality of services rendered, accommodating economies of scale.
