Matthew Jensen is a visionary leader with a passion for excellence in the construction industry. With a career spanning over 23 years, Matthew has been dedicated to driving the growth and success of Sequoia Construction Services by fostering a culture of collaboration, integrity, and client satisfaction.
His strategic leadership has propelled the company to new heights, establishing it as a respected player in the construction industry. He is actively involved in industry organizations and initiatives, contributing to the advancement of best practices and innovation in construction.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Natalie wears many hats from accounting, vendor relations, payroll, to managing the office. She strives to create efficiencies while streamlining processes for both clients and our team members. Natalie takes pride in vendor and employee relations as they are two of the most important parts of the companies’ overall success. Previously, she managed the vendors and contracts for over 85 apartment complexes and assisted with developing the groundwork for the Customer Experience program over the course of 5+ years.

ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER
Nathan has over a decade of experience in commercial and residential construction, specializing in both interior and exterior work. He prides himself in customer service and has earned him numerous repeat business from his customers as he strives to make sure the customer is satisfied with the result, no matter the size of the project.
Striving to communicate with every member of his team as well as the customer, Nathan finds great joy in communicating every detail of the project, insuring everyone understands the project even before work begins.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Melvin Herrera, started at Sequoia Construction Services in 2018 with 15 years of experience in construction working on large and small projects. Melvin is a problem solver and is not afraid to get his hands dirty to help out his team. Melvin takes pride in his work and always makes sure he leads by example.
